How do you translate marketing dollars into deals? More dollars doesn’t necessarily mean more deals, and even on a small budget you can do plenty of marketing. The key is your marketing strategy. Start with your sellers and buyers. Figure out how to walk in their shoes so you can be the person they want to hear from again. And then figure out how to contact the right sellers and buyers so that every penny you’re spending on marketing is going to the right place. With that kind of strategy deals are right around the corner.
