That will make a huge difference in deals in my area, since everything is in the $300s and above. Thanks for listening to the market (unlike others out there). We've got a good team now and we've got our systems in place to quickly evaluate the deals, including all fees, etc., so this will impact our actions for sure. Now, if I could just get real estate agents to lower their take....HEY! A girl can dream, can't she? :) Can't wait to hear about your setting up some kind of lending program! That would be exciting!
